Who we are

Jobenza is an independent South African job discovery platform. We bring vacancies from across the country into one place so that jobseekers do not have to check a dozen different career portals every morning.

We cover the roles that most South Africans actually apply for: general worker and warehouse posts, driver and code 10/14 positions, retail and cashier work, cleaning and domestic roles, security and PSIRA-graded posts, learnerships and internships, administration, healthcare, teaching and government vacancies.

What we do

  • We aggregate. We collect publicly advertised vacancies from employer career pages, recruitment partners and public job feeds, and present them in a consistent, searchable format.
  • We organise. Every listing is sorted by category, province and city, so you can filter down to work near you instead of scrolling endlessly.
  • We explain. Our career guides cover salaries, qualifications, application processes and interview preparation for specific South African roles and employers.

What we are not

Jobenza is not a recruitment agency and we are not the employer for any position listed on this site. We do not screen candidates, conduct interviews, or make hiring decisions. Applications are submitted directly to the advertising employer or to the original source of the listing.

Jobenza never charges jobseekers. Browsing, searching and applying through our listings is free, and it always will be. If anyone asks you to pay a fee in order to apply for a job you found here, that is not us, and it is a warning sign. See our guidance on avoiding job scams in the Disclaimer.

How we keep listings current

Listings carry a posting date and an expiry date. Expired vacancies are removed from our search results automatically, and we exclude them from search engines so that jobseekers are not sent to positions that have already closed. Even so, employers sometimes close a role early, so always check the closing date on the employer’s own page before applying.

Editorial independence

Our career guides are written independently. Employers cannot pay to change the content of a guide, and advertising on this site is clearly separated from editorial and listing content.
